This project is phase 1 for Operation RallyPoint's full spectrum stabilization and supportive services program.

This Victorian home, once abandoned and slated for demolition in Chicago, is now nearing completion of its rehabilitation process, set to once again generate tax revenue.

Through the veteran housing program, motivated veterans will have the chance to pave their way toward homeownership via the New Home Buyers program.

Revitalizing properties like this not only reduces crime by eliminating havens for illicit activities but also fosters a safer environment where residents can flourish.

Phase 2

Situated above commercial space, this single-room occupancy program provides veterans with transitional living arrangements. It offers them the opportunity to collaborate with the Operation RallyPoint team to plan their path to homeownership.

Through the program, veterans acquire essential skills in home upkeep and financial literacy, significantly enhancing their long-term success prospects.

Moreover, their presence in the community serves as a proactive measure for crime prevention

Single-Room Occupancy

Phase 3

Veteran's Village is designed specifically to provide single-family homes for our valued veterans. Through this initiative, we're not only addressing the critical need for housing but also revitalizing neglected areas plagued by issues like refuse dumping and illicit activities.

According to a study by the Urban Institute, properties adjacent to vacant lots experience a 22% increase in crime rates.

By transforming these lots into vibrant homes for veterans, we're actively combating crime and enhancing safety in our neighborhoods.

With veterans as residents, communities benefit from their strong sense of duty and discipline, leading to a 14% decrease in crime, as reported by the National Bureau of Economic Research.

Phase 4

Multi-Purpose Veteran's Complex

By repurposing spacious vacant commercial properties Operation RallyPoint is working to develop a dynamic, all-in-one facility catering to the needs of veterans on Chicago's South Side.

Our vision includes providing convenient access to vital services like mental wellness support, benefit counseling with Veteran Service Officers, financial education, and comprehensive job training and entrepreneurship programs.

By revitalizing these spaces, we not only empower veterans but also contribute to crime prevention efforts, fostering safer and more resilient communities.
